The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been announced as the winner in two prestigious categories at the "International Business Magazine Awards 2026," organized by the UAE-based international media outlet "International Business Magazine." The organization was honored with the "National Think Tank Excellence Award - Azerbaijan 2026" and the "Best Research Institution Supporting National Reforms - Azerbaijan 2026."

These awards signify international recognition of the Center's systematic and results-oriented activities in providing scientific-analytical support for structural and institutional economic reforms, improving monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for state programs, implementing data-driven decision-making systems, and establishing innovative approaches to strategic management.

The "National Think Tank Excellence Award" confirms the high assessment of the Center's analytical potential, research quality, methodological grounding in the preparation of policy documents, and its institutional role in shaping government decisions.

Winning the "Best Research Institution Supporting National Reforms" category reflects the positive evaluation by an international expert group of the Center's evidence-based contributions to economic, social, and institutional reforms, as well as its work in evaluating the implementation of strategic documents, developing performance indicators, and applying digital monitoring platforms.

The fact that government agencies, research institutes, and international organizations from various countries were also recognized in this competition demonstrates CAERC's competitive position within the global analytical and management environment.

Furthermore, this success is a clear example of the international recognition of successful outcomes resulting from the application of transparency, accountability, and digital transformation principles in public administration.

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated April 20, 2016. In accordance with presidential decrees and orders, the Center carries out the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of strategies, state programs, national action plans, strategic roadmaps, and other key policy documents.
