CAERC Representative Participates in International Seminar in China
Isa Gasimov, Head of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in the international training program titled “Green Economy Development and Cooperation for Belt and Road Countries”, held in Changsha, China.
The program covered topics including China’s energy transformation, the development of the new energy industry, emissions reduction technologies, carbon emissions management and the administrative control system, environmental governance, environmental and ecological big data, the application of unmanned aerial vehicles in environmental protection, forest ecosystem monitoring, and environmental control over polluting enterprises.
As part of the seminar, participants gained first-hand insight into the experience of Chinese enterprises operating in the fields of green technologies and energy solutions. Within the framework of the program, visits were organized to “HuaZi Technology Co. Ltd.”, “Wasion Energy Co. Ltd.”, “Minghe Group” and other enterprises.
The experience gained during the training is significant for the participating countries in terms of applying green technologies, engaging innovation and startup ecosystems in the green transformation, digital solutions and environmental monitoring, technology transfer, and international cooperation.
