The advisor of the CAERC presented data management and innovative functionalities of the Great Return Portal at ADA University
Tarana Salifova, Advisor to the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in a presentation at ADA University on the research findings regarding "Data Management on Internally Displaced Persons in Azerbaijan."
The event focused on the findings of surveys and focus group discussions conducted in 2021, 2023, and 2024 by a special research group in connection with the return of displaced persons to territories liberated from occupation.
During the meeting, Tarana Salifova provided information about the "Great Return" Portal and its functionalities. She presented proposals for the coordinated and practical implementation of the research findings, the establishment and management of a database related to internally displaced persons, and emphasized the importance of integrating the research results into the Second State Program on the Great Return.
Participants representing the Presidential Special Representations, central executive authorities, and academic institutions held discussions on developing cooperation mechanisms among government agencies in the field of data management.
