CAERC Employee participated in an International Seminar on E-Government and Digital Public Services in China
Rashad Najafli, Chief Advisor of the Economic Analysis Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), took part in the “International Seminar on E-Government and Digital Public Service Capacity Building for Belt and Road Countries” held in China.
The training program covered the historical development of e-government and digital public service management, international trends, the application of e-government technologies in China, the priority directions of state policy, and the integration of modern technologies into industrial processes. The program included presentations, practical sessions, and field visits.
During the training, Rashad Najafli got acquainted with digital government strategies at Zhongdian Jintou Holdings and the Nuoyaxin Aerospace Communication Technology Center in Beijing. In addition, visits were organized to the Liangzao Governance Platform and the Lunan Big Data Center in Shandong Province, the Big Data Center and Smart Community Project in Tengzhou City, as well as the Small and Medium-Sized Machine Tool Enterprises in the same city, and the Yellow River Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. in Henan Province.
Along with CAERC, Azerbaijan was represented at the international seminar by the State Customs Committee, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, ASAN Service, the Food Safety Agency, and the Azerbaijan Tourism Agency.
