CAERC Department Head Represents Azerbaijan in Bishkek
The 3rd Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Think Tanks Forum is being held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, organized by the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Institute. Azerbaijan is represented at the forum by Ayaz Chaparly, Head of the Economic Analysis and Analytical Information Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). The forum is conducted under the theme “Creating Knowledge Corridors along the Silk Road.”
Discussions at the forum focus on regional cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, labor mobility, and the establishment of knowledge corridors.
Over ten countries, including the United Kingdom, Japan, China, Turkey, and Georgia, are participating in the “Creating Knowledge Corridors along the Silk Road” forum.
During the two-day discussions, Ayaz Chaparly will provide participants with insights into Azerbaijan’s ongoing economic reforms, international collaboration with think tanks, and related developments.
The forum is held annually to create dialogue opportunities among universities, research centers, government bodies, and the business sector, aiming to address key policy issues facing the region.
