Training on the "E-Monitoring" Portal Commenced at CAERC for Representatives of Local Executive Authorities
Training has commenced at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) for representatives of local executive authorities regarding the submission of reporting via the "e-monitoring" portal on the implementation of measures stipulated in the "Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan." The training sessions are held with the organizational support of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On the first day of the training, representatives from the Baku and Sumqayit City Executive Authorities, as well as the Khatai, Narimanov, Nasimi, Nizami, Garadagh, Sabunchu, Surakhani, Yasamal, Pirallahi, Absheron, and Qobustan District Executive Authorities participated.
In her speech, Tarana Salifova, Deputy Executive Director of CAERC, emphasized that accelerating digital development is one of the priority directions of state policy. She noted that the successful implementation of the measures outlined in the adopted Action Plan will make a significant contribution to achieving the goals set in this field. T. Salifova highlighted that the Action Plan also reflects measures to be executed by local executive authorities, and the training is dedicated to explaining the rules for preparing electronic reports on the implementation of these measures and submitting them through the "e-monitoring" portal.
During the training, Bagish Ahmadov, Advisor to the Executive Director of CAERC, provided information on the preparation of a Road Map for the implementation of measures scheduled in the Action Plan and the importance of indicative planning.
Subsequently, Ismat Mehraliyeva, Head of Division at CAERC, presented detailed information on the functional capabilities of the new module created for local executive authorities in the "e-monitoring" portal for submitting reports regarding the execution of measures outlined in the Action Plan. During the presentation, guidelines for using the module were explained, and the process of submitting reports via the module was brought to the attention of the participants.
At the conclusion of the session, questions from the representatives of local executive authorities attending the training were answered by officials from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and CAERC.
