EnterpriseAzerbaijan.com and Microsoft Hold Training on Project Management
A training session on project management systems was held at CAERC, jointly organized by the EnterpriseAzerbaijan.com portal and Microsoft. The training was delivered by Microsoft expert Marko Zays and focused on project management systems, emerging trends in project management, and the use of project management systems in managing government project portfolios.
It was noted that establishing a project management system correctly ensures a successful start to initiatives and enables achieving set objectives in a more systematic and efficient manner while saving time. During the training, which was attended by representatives of both public and private institutions, discussions were also held on modern workplace trends, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and the importance of data visualization.
It should be noted that, based on the memorandum of cooperation signed between CAERC and Microsoft Azerbaijan, the parties regularly create conditions for the joint use of human capital within the cooperation framework. They also implement joint programs, conferences, trainings, and seminars aimed at the development of the ICT sector in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
