e-Estonia.com Portal Publishes Article on M-Residency in Azerbaijan

The well-known Estonian portal e-Estonia.com has published an article on the implementation, scope, and development prospects of the m-residency program introduced in Azerbaijan for the first time.

The article states that the m-residency initiative presented by the Digital Trade Hub of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) is currently implemented in only two countries worldwide — Estonia and Azerbaijan. It is described as an innovative digital solution for business development.

According to the publication, mobile residency offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs anywhere in the world to conduct business activities without borders, hassle, or risks. Through m-residency, entrepreneurs obtain a virtual identity, access banking services, and are also able to register companies free of charge.

The article further notes that the project, implemented with the support of Estonia’s B.EST Solutions, has rapidly gained wide usage across dozens of countries worldwide.
