World Bank Conducts Training at CAERC
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) recently concluded a training program on supporting the monitoring and evaluation of Strategic Roadmaps. The training was led by Yelena Gergieva-Andonovska, a World Bank expert on the public sector and task team leader, alongside Anet Rixter, a monitoring and evaluation consultant, and Nigar Sadıqova, a program assistant.
Organized at the request of CAERC, the training involved all departmental staff and focused on sharing international best practices. The sessions emphasized that monitoring and evaluation are a crucial component of strategic management.
It was particularly highlighted that CAERC’s advanced monitoring and evaluation practices enhance accountability and transparency, while also supporting the implementation of open government principles.
