The “One-Stop” Export Support Center has been offering services online to individuals and legal entities since April 2020. Taking into account the experiences of various countries in combating the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and prioritizing public health, Azerbaijan implemented a special quarantine regime from March 24, 2020, 00:00 until April 20, 00:00 to prevent the spread of the virus and its potential consequences. During this special quarantine period, the “One-Stop” Export Support Center provides online services to individuals and legal entities engaged in non-oil sector exports to ensure they can obtain the necessary documents and certificates without difficulties.

Vusal Gasimli, head of the department at CAERC, stated that during the first ten days of April, entrepreneurs’ export-related inquiries were responded to. They were provided with the required documents for exporting various products. Additionally, the Center’s staff answered entrepreneurs’ questions regarding important considerations for conducting exports during the special quarantine period.

For reference, in March of this year, non-oil exports worth USD 15.5 million were carried out through the “One-Stop” Export Support Center. During January–March 2020, the total value of non-oil exports facilitated by the Center exceeded USD 37 million. Moreover, in 2018–2019, non-oil exports totaling USD 290 million were realized through the Center.
