The planned works within the framework of cooperation between the "Azexport" portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), and the "Digital Logistics Platform" (DLP) of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport have been successfully concluded. The "Certificate of Free Sale" issued to entrepreneurs by "Azexport" has now been fully digitized and integrated into the DLP platform.

The new integration makes the utilization of the service more agile and transparent for entrepreneurs. Within the process, the reception of documents has been fully digitalized: entrepreneurs fill out applications interactively and upload the necessary files directly into the system. Provided with identification credentials such as a QR code and application number, the electronic system enables entrepreneurs to track the execution status of their applications comprehensively through their personal accounts. As a result, entrepreneurs can download the issued certificate directly from the platform in PDF format without any need for physical contact.

Aykhan Gadashov, Head of the "Azexport" portal, stated that this integration—as a continuation of the processes toward applying globally accepted international standards on "paperless trade" in our country—ensures more agile access to strategic markets for entrepreneurs by saving time and resources.

It should be noted that the Certificate of Free Sale plays an important role in expanding Azerbaijan's non-oil export opportunities. Since 2018, this document has been issued for more than 700 product varieties, primarily including medical equipment, food products, and pharmaceuticals that come into contact with the human body. This certificate has facilitated the entry of local products into strategic markets where export was previously difficult, such as Gulf, Asian, and American countries.
