Aykhan Gadashov, the head of the "Azexport" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, conducted discussions with representatives of foreign companies during his visit to China.

The head of the portal held a meeting with Chi Rasa, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Trade of Cambodia, in China. The meeting included a presentation of the working principles of the Azexport portal. Additionally, information was shared regarding the portal's utilization of "Metaverse" technology and its upcoming stages.

Chi Rasa acknowledged that the "Azexport" portal sets a new standard for electronic trade. He described the innovations as a successful example in terms of presenting products in international markets and attracting new orders. The Secretary of State emphasized that this experience represents a crucial step for public-private partnership and is instrumental in expanding the export geography.

Furthermore, the head of the portal met with Vishing Zhou, the business manager of the "HANS Laser" company, specializing in laser and robot technology, alternative energy, machine building, and other industrial areas. The meeting covered information about the existing free economic zones in Azerbaijan, along with discussions on investment opportunities. The company representative expressed interest in the region's significant potential for alternative energy and laser technologies, expressing plans to conduct research and visit Azerbaijan in the near future to explore possibilities in these fields.

A. Gadashov visited the head office of the "DHGate" company, providing e-commerce and logistics services. During the meeting with Linxiu Mei, head of the company's international relations department, and other employees, they discussed projects implemented by Azerbaijan in the field of e-commerce, including the operational principles of the "Azexport model," addressing queries from the company representatives.

It is worth noting that Aykhan Gadashov, the head of the "Azexport" portal, represented Azerbaijan in a training program titled "E-commerce for Development," organized by the International Trade Center (ITC) and the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) in Beijing, the capital of China.
