Azexport.az Portal and Azerpost LLC Are Expanding Cooperation
Representatives of the Azexport.az portal, which is operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, and Azerpost LLC, functioning under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, held an online meeting. Head of the Business Development and Marketing Department of Azerpost LLC Anar Majidov provided detailed information on the services of the organization he represented. He noted that currently, Azerpost has up to 1,500 post offices in the country. He also mentioned that along with postal services, the organization also provides financial services.
Head of the Azexport.az portal Aykhan Gadashov said that the services provided by Azerpost LLC played an important role in diversifying the e-commerce sector in the country. It was proposed to organize joint events to inform entrepreneurs working in this area about the benefits of the mentioned services. Then, they discussed the steps taken to establish a single logistics center in Azerbaijan that will serve e-commerce platforms.
During the online discussions, the Head of the Export Support Center Nijat Hajizadeh provided information on the services of the Center. He emphasized the importance of the expansion of the cooperation for developing e-commerce.
Head of the Digital Trade Hub Masuma Talibova informed the participants about the Single Online Application. She also told about an opportunity to further accelerate e-commerce operations by using this service.
