Azexport.az Sells “Made in Azerbaijan” Products on Amazon and eBay
Azeport.az has presented products marked “Made in Azerbaijan”, produced in Azerbaijan, to international buyers on Amazon and eBay platforms. At the initial stage, such locally produced cultural industry products as painting, music, literature and handicrafts, as well as selected non-food and food products were integrated into the portals.
Azexport.az will place products of “Made in Azerbaijan” brand on Amazon and eBay platforms under a single name. These platforms have strict supervision over sales processes and high quality requirements. Previously, Azexport.az provided the service of creating an individual seller account for each manufacturer on these platforms.
It is planned to sell products mainly to Israel, Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong. Singapore, the United States of America, Great Britain, as well as CIS and European countries.
The project also envisages the integration of products created by small and medium-sized enterprises with the support of government agencies into these portals. Entrepreneurs interested in cooperation can apply to the portal via https://azexport.az/.
It should be mentioned that, created upon the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Azexport.az portal is integrated to up to 15 international e-commerce platforms. During period of its activity, which has started since 2016, the cost of export orders submitted to Azexport.az from 145 countries amounted to 2 billion 720 million US dollars.
