EU’s EU4Digital Project Published the Article on the Cooperation with Azexport.az
An article about a pilot project, which is implemented with the participation of the Azexport.az internet portal, has been published on the official website of the EU4Digital project initiated by the European Union.
Head of the portal Aykhan Gadashov told that the main aim in the project implementation is to test the working principle of the single digital trade market created between the European Union (EU) and the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries. The created digital market meets the most modern standards and works on the principle of one-time data entry. When the order is received, the information entered by the seller is automatically submitted by the system to the customs and postal authorities of both countries (buyer and seller). For this purpose, ISAR Group became a pilot company that successfully delivered the wooden handicrafts produced in Azerbaijan to Germany. The experience gained from the pilot project will be applied in other EU and EaP countries.
He also mentioned that along with a representation of Azerbaijan in the project, Azexport.az internet portal was entrusted to manage a single digital trading market platform created between the European Union and the Eastern Partnership countries.
It should be mentioned that the main aim of the EU4Digital project is to test the work create a single digital trade market between the European Union (EU) and the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries, expand areas of application of the digital economy, support the level of employment and economic growth in the digital sector.
