Head of "Azexport" met with the officials of "Alibaba Group" in Beijing
Aykhan Gadashov, the head of the "Azexport" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, met with the department heads of "Alibaba Group" during his visit to China. The discussion was held at the head office of Alibaba Group in Beijing, China, with He Chengqi, head of the business department with government agencies, and Lu Yang, cloud solutions engineer of the Alibaba Cloud department.
The head of the portal spoke about the work done in the direction of digital transformation and application of cloud technologies in Azerbaijan. He noted that the environment created for businesses is highly appreciated by various international organizations. A. Gadashov emphasized the importance of the cooperation of the "Azexport" portal with the "Alibaba" e-commerce platform and noted that the "Alibaba" e-commerce platform is in the lead in terms of the volume and number of incoming export orders.
He Chengyi, head of department at Alibaba Group noted that Azerbaijan's location on international transit routes of various levels and the presence of a favorable business environment are important factors for regional cooperation.
The meeting continued with the discussion of next projects.
