Innovation ecosystem and startups: Global experience and the reality of Azerbaijan
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has launched the process of preparing a new book that provides analytical insights into innovation policy, the startup ecosystem, and the knowledge-based economy. The publication is titled “Innovation Ecosystem and Startups: Global Experience and the Reality of Azerbaijan” and is being prepared under the coordination of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal, which is operated by CAERC.
