In 2016-2020, bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development Management at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

In 2020-2023, master's degree in Law and Sustainable Development at the University of Milan, Italy.

Labor activity

In 2022-2023, he worked as an executive assistant for logistics at "My Broker" LLC.

In August 2024, he started working as a leading consultant in the Monitoring and evaluation division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Since November 2026, he has served as a chief advisor in the Strategic planning division.
