Born on October 7, 1975, in Goychay, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

1992–1997: Studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in Economic Regulation.

Graduate of the accounting and advisory services training program by Deloitte.

Obtained a national diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) through a program conducted by GRBS-Azerbaijan.

Labor activity

1998–2007: Accountant and Senior Accountant for various projects at AZFEN.

2007–2021: Chief Accountant and Head of the Finance Department at OTOKOÇ Azerbaijan LLC.

2021–2023: Finance Director at GEMZA Group LLC.

2023–2025: Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at Azeridmanservis LLC, a subordinate entity of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2026: Serves as Finance Manager at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC).

Knows Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian.

Married, with two children.
