Born on October 31, 1985, in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2001-2005, received a bachelor's degree in Greek Studies from the Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies at Baku Slavic University.

In 2005-2007, received a master's degree in Regional Studies (on European countries) from the Faculty of Regional Studies and Economics at Baku Eurasian University and graduated with honors.

In 2017-2020, received doctoral education in the direction of International Relations at Baku Slavic University.

In 2026, was awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in political sciences in the specialty "5901.01 – International Relations" by the February 18 decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Pedagogical activity

In 2019-2020, worked as a teacher at the Department of Political Science of Western Caspian University.

Since 2022, worked as a teacher at the Department of Sociology of Baku State University. Author of more than 50 scientific articles and theses published in local and international journals.

Labor Activity

In 2012-2015, worked as a leading consultant in the Information Provision and Analysis sector of the Sabunchu District Executive Power.

In 2017, worked as a specialist for doctoral studies in the Master's and Doctoral sector of Baku Eurasian University.

In 2019-2026, worked as a leading consultant, chief consultant and head of sector of the Internal Policy Analysis department at the Center for Social Research.

Since April 2026, works as the head of the Turkic World Research Center (TWRC) of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
