She was born on June 18, 1985 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Education
In 2003-2007, bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics at Baku State University.
In 2007-2009, master's degree in Economic Cybernetics at Baku State University.
In 2011-2014, she studied for a full-time doctoral degree at the Department of Economic Cybernetics, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, Baku State University.
Pedagogical activity
In 2009-2010, she taught the subjects “Money, Credit, Banking” and “Finance” at the Department of Economic Cybernetics of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics of Baku State University.
In 2020-2021, she taught the course “Econometrics” at Baku Business University.
She is the author of more than 13 scientific and journalistic articles and conference papers published in local and international media.
Labor activity
In 2008-2009, she worked as a specialist at “Azkreditbank” OJSC and “Demirbank” OJSC.
In 2015-2017, she worked as a Junior Researcher and Researcher at the Laboratory of Modeling of Socio-Economic Processes of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS.
In 2017-2021, she worked as a Researcher at the Department of Mathematical Support of Economic Research of the Institute of Economics of ANAS.
In 2021-2025, she worked as a Leading Consultant and Senior Consultant in the Analysis and Sustainable Development Sector of the Social Insurance and Pension Policy Department of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since December 2025, she has been working as a cChief advisor of the Monitoring and evaluation division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
