Born on March 10, 1988, in Baku
Education
In 2005-2009, bachelor's degree in Journalism at Baku Slavic University.
In 2012-2014, master's degree in Economics at Eastern Mediterranean University located in Northern Cyprus.
He is currently a doctoral student at the Econometrics and Economic Statistics at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Pedagogical activity
Since 2016, has been working as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the University of Economics, Azerbaijan State Technical University, State Customs Academy, and Baku Engineering University.
Is a co-author of several articles published in local and international databases, including “SCOPUS” and “Web of Science”. In addition, has worked as a translator and scientific editor in projects involving the translation of three different economics textbooks into the Azerbaijani language.
Labor activity
In 2015-2021, served as a senior research fellow at the Economic Scientific Research Institute under the Ministry of Economy.
Since 2016, has been working as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Economics of Baku Engineering University.
In 2024-2025, served as the head of the economics team at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
Since November, 2025, he has been working as a chief advisor in the Economic analysis division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Turkish.
He is married and has a child.
