Born on July 3, 1978, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 1995–1999, bachelor’s degree in Engineering Economics, specializing in the economics and management of the machine engineering industry, at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.

In 2002–2004, master's degree in Innovation Strategy Development, Faculty of Engineering Economics, at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.

In 2011–2015, doctoral studies in Internal Fiscal Policy and Public Finance at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, defended the dissertation in 2015.

In 2016, Received a Ph.D. in Economics from the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2018, awarded the title of Professor by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

In 2017–2021, doctoral studies at the Nakhchivan Division of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

In 2017–2024, received over 20 certificates in coaching, motivation, and personal development.

Academic Activity

Author of more than 50 scientific works published in local and international journals.

Delivered scientific presentations at more than 20 international conferences and congresses (Greece, Russian Federation, Turkiye).

Since 2020, a member of the editorial board of the "Journal of Business and Economic Development" published in the USA.

Since 2021, a member of the editorial board of the "International Journal of Tourism, Economic and Business Sciences – IJTEBS."

Since 2018, working on the doctoral dissertation titled “Regulation of Processing Enterprises' Activities in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Directions for Increasing Economic Efficiency.”

Labor Activity

In 2005–2018, worked at the Institute of Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Division of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, holding positions from senior laboratory assistant to department head.

In 2015–2017, lecturer at Nakhchivan State University and “Nakhchivan” University.

In 2018–2020, director of the Financial Training Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2020, founder of “Nakhchivan Business Training Academy” LLC, a trainer and author of personal development courses, as well as a project leader and trainer for youth development, efficient budget management, and small business development.

In 2020–2024, Head of the Humanitarian and Social Affairs Department at the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2023, received the title of state service adviser.

In 2024–2025, senior consultant at the General Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2024–2025, lecturer at Nakhchivan State University.

Since April 2025, she is leading advisor in the Monitoring and evaluation division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

She speaks Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.

She is married and has 3 children.
