Born on November 15, 1975, in the Gabala, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education and Academic Activity:

In 1993-1997, bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Geography at Baku State University.

In 1997-1999, master's degree in Economic and Social Geography at Baku State University.

In 1999-2002, doctoral studies in Economic and Social Geography at the Institute of Geography of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), named after Hasan Aliyev.

In 2005, awarded the degree of PhD in Geography.

In 2014 received the academic title of Associate Professor in Economic Geography by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2013, he has been working on his doctoral dissertation at the Economic Reforms Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, under the topic “Development of Mechanisms for Stimulating Innovation and Creation of Technoparks for the Development of Regional Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan.”
