Education

In 2000-2005, completed a Combined Bachelor's and Master's Program in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Law, National Aviation Academy.

In 2009-2012, bachelor’s degree in Law from Nakhchivan State University.

In 2021-2023, master’s degree in International Marketing at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, Lodz University, Poland.

In 2022-2023, participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program and obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public administration from Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany.

He is married and has a child.
