Education

From 2015 to 2019, completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, graduating with honours.

From 2019 to 2021, completed a Master's degree in Financial Management at the International Graduate and Doctoral Studies Center of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

From 2022 to 2026, pursued doctoral studies in Domestic Fiscal Policy and Public Finance at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Academic and Teaching Activities

Since 2026, has been working as a lecturer at the Department of State Regulation of the Economy at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Is the author of more than 16 scientific articles and conference papers published in national and international journals.

Professional Experience

From 2020 to 2023, worked at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Human Resources Specialist and a Senior Finance Specialist.

Since August 2023, has been working as a Lead Consultant in the Strategic Planning Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Since August 2024, has held the position of Senior Consultant in the Monitoring and Evaluation Department.

Holds the ACCA FA (Financial Accounting) qualification.
 

Has proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Turkish.
