He was born on November 25, 1989 in the Goranboy district of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2006-2010, bachelor's degree in applied mathematics at Baku State University.

In 2010-2012, master's degree in mathematical and economic methods of optimal management at Baku State University and graduated with honors.

In 2013-2015, he studied for a doctorate in Econometrics at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2017, he received a PhD in economics from the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Econometrics.

In 2020, he was awarded the scientific title of docent in the specialty of Econometrics and economic statistics by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Currently, he is a doctoral student in the Doctor of Sciences program at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Pedagogical activity

Since 2020, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Statistics of Azerbaijan Technical University.

He has been teaching at Baku Engineering University since 2017.

In 2024, he taught at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University (TOGÜ) within the framework of the "Erasmus+" exchange program.

He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles and theses published in local and international journals.

Labor activity

In 2011-2020, he was a senior specialist, senior researcher, senior researcher, head of department at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

In 2020-2024, he worked as the head of the Department of Economics and Statistics of Azerbaijan Technical University.

From July 2024, he was chief consultant of the Economic analysis division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Since September, he has been working as the head of the Evaluation of efficiency sector of the Monitoring and evaluation division.

He speaks Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish languages.

He is married.
