She was born on July 6, 1999 in Ganja, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2015-2019, bachelor's degree in international relations at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2019-2021, studied business management (MBA) at the Baku Higher Oil School, and at the same time, she received a master's degree in business management (MBA) in oil and gas management within the dual diploma program with the Geneva Business School of Switzerland.

From 2022, she is studying for a doctorate degree in organization and planning of education at the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Labor activity

In 2020-2021, customer service  coordinator at "Caspian Investment Company" LLC.

In 2021-2023, senior specialist in the business management training center of SOCAR's Baku Higher Oil School, and in 2023-2024, worked as the head of the Career and student affairs department department.

In June 2024, he was appointed as the leading advisor of the Socio-Economic Programs Monitoring Sector of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, and in January 2025, he was appointed as the chief advisor of the same sector. Since October 2025, he has been serving as the head of the Socio-Economic Programs Monitoring Sector.

She has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) international certifications awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United States, as well as the BA3 category certification in Civil Service.

She knows Azerbaijani, English and Turkish languages.

She is married.
