Vusal Gasimli participated in the Career Development Forum
Vusal Gasimli, the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, took part in the third edition of the Career Development Forum held in Azerbaijan.
The forum, organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, was attended by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anar Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Farhad Hajiyev, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Idris Isayev, and Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency Mustafa Abbasbeyli. In addition to these officials, members of the National Assembly, representatives from public and private institutions, career counselors, local and international speakers, human resources experts, top managers, education experts, and development mentors were present.
The theme for this year's forum was "Turn Innovations into Opportunities." The aim was to discuss local and global achievements in career development, modern approaches, effective higher education structures for competitive personnel formation, skills needed in a constantly evolving world, and analyzing modern trends in career supply and demand to draw accurate conclusions.
