Head of the Turkic World Research Center spoke at a webinar on the Middle Corridor
Ayhan Satici, the head of the Turkish World Research Center (TWRC), operating under the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated as a panelist in the webinar "CAREC Chai VI," organized periodically in cooperation with the Central Asian Institute for Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
In the webinar dedicated to "Expanding the Middle Transport Corridor: Opening Opportunities in the Center of Eurasia," the head of TDAM discussed the future potential of the Middle Corridor and the implementation of unification and harmonization efforts within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). A. Satici particularly emphasized the infrastructure projects aimed at establishing a closer connection along the Middle Corridor, which links Eurasia, including the Central Asia and South Caucasus region, with the East-West and North-South transport corridors in general. He also highlighted Azerbaijan's role as a driving force in these endeavors.
The webinar was attended by Kabir Jurazoda, director of the CAREC Institute, ADB economists, numerous researchers from regional countries, professors from prestigious universities, and a diverse audience covering the Eurasian region as a whole.
