A head has been appointed to the Center for Turkic World Studies
By the order of Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), Ilyas Huseynov has been appointed to the position of Head of the Center for Turkic World Studies (CTWS).
Ilyas Huseynov received his Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies at Baku Slavic University and a Master's degree with honors in Regional Studies (European countries) from the Faculty of Regional Studies and Economics at Baku Eurasian University. He pursued his doctoral studies in International Relations at Baku Slavic University and was awarded the PhD degree in Political Sciences, specializing in "International Relations," by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During his professional career, he held various positions at the Sabunchu District Executive Power, Baku Eurasian University, and the Center for Social Research, where he served in leadership roles at the department level in the latter.
Simultaneously engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities, Ilyas Huseynov has worked as a lecturer at Western Caspian University and Baku State University. He is the author of more than 50 scientific articles and theses published in local and international journals and currently continues his activities as the Head of CTWS.
