The application of artificial intelligence in management was investigated in the "Startup School 2" training
The "Startup School 2-AI for Green Solidarity" project of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication continues. The new session of the training, conducted jointly with the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence and the Ozman Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Nevada, USA, was held by Terry Sellerin, the founder and executive director of "Buzzfactory Ltd". The training was conducted on the theme "Change Management to Speed Up AI Adoption".
T. Sellerin emphasized the importance of transition from hierarchical and controlled old power values to open and new power values. He spoke about the management of changes in large corporations, the importance of artificial intelligence for the evolution of business.
The trainer presented strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into existing business models and emphasized the role of leaders in defining a clear picture. He also taught the participants how to create effective communication materials to overcome fears. He shared practical arguments for overcoming resistance to change and emphasized the importance of demonstrating the value of artificial intelligence.
