Meetings Held with Representatives of State Institutions Under the Socio-Economic Development Strategy
At the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), meetings have commenced with representatives of relevant state institutions to refine the outcome indicators for the year-end 2026 results and prepare for the monitoring and evaluation process under the "Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022–2026."
Within this framework, meetings are scheduled to take place throughout October with 32 institutions designated as key implementing agencies under the Strategy. Considering that the implementation period of the Strategy is approaching its completion, the discussions focus on the target indicators set for 2026, the status of outcome indicator fulfillment, current challenges, and the organization of final reporting.
On the first day, employees of CAERC's Monitoring and Evaluation Department met with representatives of the Ministry of Science and Education, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Economy.
An exchange of views was conducted with the state institution representatives regarding the current progress toward the year-end 2026 targets outlined in the Strategy, data accessibility required to measure outcome indicators, and reporting mechanisms. In addition, relevant recommendations were provided on refining quantitative and qualitative indicators, submitting verification data, and enhancing inter-institutional coordination to ensure the final monitoring and evaluation is executed objectively and in a results-oriented manner.
