Preliminary figures of the January issue of the “Export Review” have been released

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has presented the preliminary figures of the January 2026 issue of the “Export Review.” According to the Review, exports from Azerbaijan’s non-oil sector in January–December 2025 increased by 8.5% compared to the same period of 2024, reaching USD 3.6 billion. Over the same period, exports of food products rose by 18.4% to USD 1.2 billion.

In January–December 2025, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, exports of sugar increased by 57.4%, fruits and vegetables by 27.4%, aluminum and aluminum products by 24.2%, cotton yarn by 19.3%, chemical industry products by 8%, and vegetable and animal fats and oils by 2%.

During January–December 2025, exports of agricultural products increased by 26.7% to USD 1.0 billion, while exports of agro-industrial products amounted to USD 314.7 million. Overall, combined exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 18.9%, reaching USD 1.3 billion.
