Discussions were held to clarify the target indicators for the following year within the framework of the "Action Plan on Increasing Employment Opportunities in the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024–2026". The online meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Department of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), Elnur Alakbarov; Head of the Sector for Monitoring of Sectoral Programs under the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, Elshan Yusifli; other staff members of the Center; as well as representatives of the main implementing institutions identified in the Action Plan.

The coordinated actions carried out by the implementing institutions with respect to the indicators outlined in the Action Plan serve not only to expand employment opportunities in the liberated territories but also to contribute to ensuring sustainable resettlement. During the meeting, emphasis was placed on ensuring accountability for the implementation of activities in 2025 under the Action Plan, as well as on key directions to be considered in indicative planning for the next phase. Additionally, important aspects related to the full and effective implementation of the specified measures and the enhancement of evaluation mechanisms within the scope of the Action Plan were highlighted.

It should be noted that, in accordance with Part 2 of Decision No. 942s of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 13, 2023, titled "On the Approval of the Action Plan on Increasing Employment Opportunities in the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024–2026", the responsibility for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the measures outlined in the Action Plan has been assigned to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
