Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of information technology equipment, providing technical maintenance for computers, connecting them to the network, and resolving operational issues;
  • Connecting, managing, and installing necessary software on office computers and devices, including configuration tasks;
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in computer systems;
  • Eliminating faults in communication lines;
  • Monitoring stable internet connectivity and ensuring system updates;
  • Ensuring the operation of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, including configuration of wireless access points and modems, and resolving related issues;
  • Verifying the validity of all required licenses for IT technical support operations;
  • Providing technical assistance to employees in using office software during work processes.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

  • Higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Automated Systems, or Mathematics.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the field.

Computer Skills Requirements:

Programming:

  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP);
  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as OpenCart, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii2, and other web frameworks (portfolio required);
  • JavaScript / jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML;
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, W3C standards;
  • Ability to write secure code;
  • Experience in web security auditing (including detection of SQL Injection, XSS, XXE, CSRF, Host Header Attacks, and other vulnerabilities);
  • Experience with MySQL databases, SQL queries, functions, and procedures;
  • Ability to work with APIs (ArcGIS Online, OpenLayers, Google Maps, social networks).

IT HelpDesk:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in installing and configuring Windows 7/10 operating systems;
  • Installation and troubleshooting of MS Office 2013/2016/2019;
  • Virus removal and protection, installation and configuration of antivirus software;
  • Data recovery and daily data backup/archiving;
  • Installation and configuration of printers, scanners, projectors, and other peripheral devices;
  • Driver installation for hardware components;
  • Experience with CCTV systems (DVR, HVR, NVR), turnstile systems, access control, IP and analog telephony systems;
  • Remote support tools: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC, Radmin, Remote Desktop;
  • LAN/WLAN network setup and configuration;
  • Domain and hosting management, mail server setup;
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP;
  • Cloud server knowledge (MS Azure).

Language Requirements:

  • Azerbaijani: Advanced proficiency;
  • English: Basic conversational skills and ability to read and translate technical documentation.
