CAERC awarded international prizes for innovation and state program management in Singapore

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been honored with two prestigious awards at the "Gazet International Awards 2026" international competition, organized by "Gazet International," a reputable international media outlet operating in Singapore. The Center was announced as the winner in the categories of "Leadership in AI-Driven Public Sector Innovation" and "Excellence in Smart Monitoring and Evaluation."

The "Leadership in AI-Driven Public Sector Innovation" category evaluates the performance of entities that distinguish themselves in the application of innovative technologies and the development of artificial intelligence-based management solutions within the public sector. The "Excellence in Smart Monitoring and Evaluation" award is presented for the effective deployment of digital technologies, smart analytical systems, and results-oriented management tools within monitoring and evaluation processes.

The competition featured the participation of public entities, financial institutions, technology companies, innovation centers, and international organizations representing various countries.

CAERC's efforts in formulating innovative monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, applying artificial intelligence technologies in public administration, and developing data-driven decision-making systems played a critical role in securing these awards.

The Center's activities align with the strategic priorities established for the widespread application of artificial intelligence technologies in public administration across the Republic of Azerbaijan. In this context, the monitoring and evaluation model structured by CAERC is recognized as one of the advanced institutional practices regarding the oversight of state programs' execution, performance measurement, and the development of a data-driven management model.
