The article titled “The Impact of Climate Factors on Agricultural Development: ARDL Bounds Test Approach”, co-authored by Latif Zeynalli, PhD in Economics and Head of the State Programs Division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), has been published in the prestigious Ukrainian journal Agricultural and Resource Economics. This journal is indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science (WoS) (Q2) and publishes only the 48 highest-quality articles submitted from around the world each year.
The study examines the impact of climate factors on agricultural development in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The findings indicate that implementing adaptive climate policies, developing efficient water management strategies, and strengthening cross-border cooperation can make a significant contribution to sustainable agricultural development. The results can serve as a scientifically grounded source of information for designing targeted and practical measures aimed at enhancing resilience in arid regions and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
