Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), and responsible employees of the entity visited the Chovdar Integrated Regional Processing Area (CIRPA) located in the Dashkasan district within the framework of an info-tour organized by "AzerGold" CJSC.

Orkhan Abbasov, Head of the Dashkasan District Executive Authority, also participated in the info-tour, which aimed to provide close familiarity with the activities and production processes implemented in the mining sector—one of the vital segments of the country's non-oil industry.

Within the scope of the introductory visit organized on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the operations of both "AzerGold" CJSC and CAERC, Khayyam Farzaliyev, Member of the Executive Board and Deputy Chairman of "AzerGold" CJSC, delivered comprehensive information regarding the state company's operational directions, achieved results, and strategic targets.

Subsequently, a presentation was delivered to the participants concerning the operations of CIRPA, extraction and processing workflows, modern technologies deployed in production, as well as occupational health and industrial safety standards. The info-tour participants inspected the production sites of the enterprise, gaining an opportunity to observe on-site the processing stages of gold, which stands as one of the country's strategic export products.

During the visit, insights were shared regarding the corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects implemented by "AzerGold" CJSC, alongside works completed toward environmental protection and sustainable development.

It should be noted that the info-tours regularly organized by "AzerGold" CJSC for state entities, non-governmental organizations, media representatives, and other stakeholders serve to raise awareness about the company's operations, as well as the country's mining industry, and to further strengthen cooperative relations.
