Seminar Dedicated to the Commemoration of National Leader Heydar Aliyev Held at the CAERC
On the eve of the anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, a seminar was organized by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC)’s “Reform Volunteers” organization in cooperation with the State Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Head of the Enterprise Azerbaijan portal, Isa Qasimov, delivered a speech on the topic “The Role of Responsibility in the Political Activity of National Leader Heydar Aliyev”.
The seminar extensively discussed the principles of responsibility, initiative, foresight, strategic decision-making, and professionalism in Heydar Aliyev's governance. It was emphasized that the National Leader took on the responsibility for the decisions concerning the fate of Azerbaijan and worked with a profound sense of duty to his people. Every decision made under his leadership not only addressed the current situation but also had a significant impact on the well-being of future generations.
Heydar Aliyev, by taking on a great political and moral burden, successfully guided the country out of crises and ensured political and economic stability on the path to Azerbaijan's independence. Each of his decisions played a crucial role in safeguarding national unity and had vital significance for the future of the nation.
During the event, the Head of the Reform Volunteers organization, Naila Jafarova, and the Human Resources Manager of CAERC, Matanat Rasulova, also made speeches on the topic. The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion session, followed by a Q&A.
