A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) with Dr. Tarik Akin, Head of the Finance Department of the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Türkiye, Abdurrahman Arslan, Department Head at "Invest in Türkiye," and the organization's representatives Dilruba Nur Dilmac Fakiya and Mehmet Zahid Soyturk.

The meeting was also attended by Isa Gasimov, Head of CAERC's "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, Ilyas Huseynov, Head of the Turkic World Studies Center, and Aydan Huseynzade, Project Manager of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal.

The main purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on the "Turkic World Startup Ecosystem" initiative, which will serve to expand innovation, technology entrepreneurship, and investment cooperation among the Turkic states.

During the discussions, Isa Gasimov provided detailed information on the "Startup School 4: Five Continents – 500 Startups" global innovation program implemented by the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, including the results achieved, the international partnership network established, and global business relations developed. The "Turkic World Startup Ecosystem" initiative, developed on the basis of this experience, was then presented to the guests.

It was noted that the initiative aims to establish a sustainable cooperation platform among the innovation ecosystems, startups, investors, technology parks, universities, and other relevant institutions of the Turkic states, while promoting the exchange of mutual experience and strengthening regional innovation cooperation.

The Turkish side welcomed the proposals presented with interest, noting that several directions of the initiative align with their country's priorities in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship.

At the conclusion of the discussions, the parties emphasized the expediency of jointly preparing an initial concept document for the initiative. It was also noted that once the concept document is finalized, the initiative will be brought forward for discussion with the relevant structures of the Organization of Turkic States in order to achieve the formation of a final document.
