A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) with Azer Allahveranov, Member of Parliament and Secretary General of the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Platform of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

During the meeting, Ilyas Huseynov, Head of the Turkic World Research Center (TWRC) operating under CAERC, provided information on the activities carried out toward deepening economic relations and promoting shared strategic approaches among the Turkic states. He spoke about the "Turkic Economic Overlook," published quarterly in eight languages by TWRC in cooperation with the OTS, as well as the upcoming book projects currently prepared for publication, titled "Turkic States: Rising Investment Powers" and "Digital Economy of Turkic States: Global Trends and Regional Realities."

The meeting featured an exchange of views on the 2nd Conference of the Leading National Think Tanks of the OTS, planned to be held in Baku under the theme "Strengthening Economic Cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States Through Sustainable Consultations and Joint Research."

Azer Allahveranov noted that extensive prospects exist for economic, scientific, social, and humanitarian cooperation in the Turkic world, adding that forming shared analytical and research platforms is highly feasible for expanding relations among non-governmental organizations within the framework of the OTS.

The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional cooperation among the Turkic states, promoting a common economic agenda, and supporting regional integration processes from a scientific and analytical perspective. Views were also exchanged on expanding cooperation among think tanks, civil society institutions, and academic circles of the OTS member states, as well as opportunities for organizing joint conferences, research programs, and expert platforms.
