A meeting with Member of Parliament Arzu Nagiyev held at the CAERC
At the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), a meeting dedicated to November 8 – Victory Day was held at the initiative of the “Reform Volunteers” organization. The event featured Mr. Arzu Nagiyev, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Defense, Security, and Combating Corruption of the "Milli Majlis" (National Assembly). In addition to the "Reform Volunteers", representatives of the "MEDIA Volunteers", "Customs Volunteers", "Family Volunteers", and "Tourism" Volunteers organizations also attended.
Opening the event, Ramil Huseyn, Deputy Executive Director of CAERC, welcomed the guest and emphasized that such meetings play a crucial role in fostering national spirit among young people. He also highlighted the significance of November 8 – Victory Day as a symbol of unity and pride for the Azerbaijani people.
In his remarks, Arzu Nagiyev noted that the historic Victory was achieved thanks to the wise leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the unity of the Azerbaijani people, and the heroism of the martyrs of the Patriotic War. He further underscored the importance of educating youth in a patriotic and civic-minded spirit for the future of the nation.
The meeting concluded with an interactive discussion, during which volunteers’ questions were addressed and views were exchanged on issues of interest.
