CAERC has launched indicative planning activities for 2026 within the framework of the First State Program on the Great Return
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has initiated meetings with implementing agencies to conduct indicative planning for 2026 within the framework of the “First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
Within this process, it is planned to hold relevant meetings with 41 agencies identified as main implementers of the State Program during October–November.
During the meetings, result indicators for 2026 are being defined, discussions are held regarding upcoming tasks and perspectives, and important aspects related to the optimal organization of the monitoring and evaluation process are reviewed.
On the first day, the staff of CAERC’s Monitoring and Evaluation division held relevant meetings with representatives of “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC, the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action.
During the meetings, challenges encountered in the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program and possible solutions were discussed, and relevant recommendations were provided for the development of result indicators aligned with future targets.
