Enterprise Azerbaijan and Enterprise Singapore strengthen ties in the field of innovation
At the initiative of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, a meeting was held between the leading participants of the innovation ecosystems of Azerbaijan and Singapore. The "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction , and the "Yeni Fikir" company participated in the online meeting representing Azerbaijan. Singapore was represented by representatives from Enterprise Singapore and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Isa Qasimov, head of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, and Aydan Huseynzadeh, the project manager, gave a presentation on the portal's objectives, areas of activity, and the projects being implemented.
Representatives from the National University of Singapore and Enterprise Singapore presented the initiatives they have implemented, sharing their experience in the development of innovation and technological entrepreneurship.
In addition, Rasim Abdullayev, Head of the Innovative Business Incubator at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, and Telman Mustafayev, Director of Business Development and Innovation at the `Yeni Fikir` company, provided information about the activities of the organisations they represent and opportunities for international cooperation.
A meeting, held as a result of the collaboration between the "Enterprise Singapore" and "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portals, discussed the organisation of joint entrepreneurship and innovation programmes, the exchange of experience, and issues aimed at developing the start-up ecosystem between the two countries.
