A meeting was held between representatives of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) and the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ASWR) in connection with the implementation of the First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the tasks ahead related to the implementation of the First State Program on the Great Return, as well as issues regarding the optimal organization of reporting within the monitoring and evaluation process, were discussed. In addition, an exchange of views took place on the implementation status of the projects defined within the framework of the State Program and on the issues planned for implementation in the upcoming periods.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication Ayaz Museyibov, Head of the Monitoring and evaluation division Orkhan Sadigov, Head of the Efficiency assessment sector Arzu Suleymanov, and Head of the Sector for monitoring of sectoral programs Elshan Yusifli. The Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency was represented by Advisor to the Chairman Etibar Mammadov, Head of the Department of Strategy, International Cooperation and Science Riad Akhundzade, and Head of the Protocol Sector Hafiz Mammadov.

It should be noted that according to the Order No. 3587 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 16, 2022, on the approval of the First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the measures provided for in the State Program have been entrusted to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
