The next meeting of the "Entering into Business" working group led by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings was held.

The event was attended by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms, as well as representatives of the consulting companies included in the working group.

At the meeting, a discussion was held on the answered questionnaire on the "Entering into Business" indicator of the new "Business Ready" report presented by the World Bank and the report on the evaluation results.

Samira Musayeva, head of the "Entering into Business" working group, deputy head of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, informed about the issues arising from the questionnaire, the experience applied in the field of business registration in our country, and the implemented reforms.

The members of the working group discussed the existence of online services in this area, integration with other state institutions in the registration process, issues related to the establishment of local LLCs, as well as foreign legal and natural persons, the effects of the works carried out in the framework of the implementation of the Road Map in the field of "Entering into Business" on this evaluation process. discussed. During this evaluation process, opinions were exchanged about the possibilities for objective evaluation of our country.

During the meeting, the representative of "Azercell Telekom" Sevinj Novruzova made a proposal to create a common database on national companies, to consider the possibilities of using this data when working with counter-agents.

The meeting emphasized the need to intensify meetings with business associations.
