Azexport has issued a free sale certificate for the export of preventive products
The “Azexport” portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has issued a Certificate of Free Sale for the export of “vitamin D3,” “throat spray,” and other preventive products manufactured in Azerbaijan. According to the head of the portal, Aykhan Gadashov, foreign buyers’ interest in domestically produced food supplements and vitamins has increased this year. In response to exporters' applications, Certificates of Free Sale have been issued for preventive products intended for both adults and children.
Aykhan Gadashov also noted that the Certificate of Free Sale is referred to by different names in various countries. Examples include “Certificate of Marketability,” “Certificate of Export and Free Sale,” “Free Sale & Commerce Certificate,” and “Certificate for Export Commodity Inspection.” Despite the variation in terminology, these documents serve the same purpose and function. In Azerbaijan, the “Azexport” portal issues this certificate under the standardized name of the Certificate of Free Sale.
