The “Azexport” Portal to Be Presented at an International Conference in Poland

The Head of the Azexport portal, Ayxan Gadashov, which is operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), will deliver a presentation at the upcoming international conference titled “New Horizons: Digital Economy and Responses to a Changing World,” to be held at National Louis University in Krakow. During the conference, he will present detailed information about the portal to representatives of leading universities from seven countries.

It is worth noting that the article titled “Digital Trade, Government Policy, and Economic Growth: The Case of Azerbaijan,” co-authored by the Deputy Executive Director of CAERC, Ramil Huseyn, and the Head of the “Azexport” portal, Ayxan Gadashov, has been submitted to the conference and recognized as a successful case study. Consequently, the conference organizing committee has decided to present the “Azexport” experience to participants during the panel discussion titled “The New Economy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities, Risks, and Societal Transformation,” and has sent official invitation letters to the authors.

The article presented at the conference highlights the opportunities offered by the “Azexport” portal, the ongoing efforts to develop digital trade in Azerbaijan, and, in particular, the role of the portal in facilitating the export of domestically produced goods.

The main organizers of the conference include leading universities and research institutions from Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Slovenia, and Serbia.
