"Azexport" portal was introduced in Uzbekistan
Aykhan Gadashov, Head of the "Azexport" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, visited Uzbekistan. Alongside the Azerbaijani delegation, he met with Sarvarkhan Buzrukkhanov, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that, as a result of recent high-level visits between the leaders of both countries, bilateral relations in the field of higher education have entered a new phase. Discussions covered the analysis of long-term socio-economic cooperation priorities, exploration of future prospects, and the establishment of an interstate scientific expert council.
Aykhan Gadashov also met with representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan. He presented the first virtual exhibition and conference platform for Azerbaijan and the region, created by the "Azexport.az" portal, and shared details about the project’s implementation and the platform’s operational processes. The meeting included an exchange of ideas on incorporating products from Uzbek manufacturers into the portal’s electronic exhibition hall and organizing a dedicated electronic stand. Following these discussions, an agreement was reached to establish joint enterprises and strengthen cooperation between the two institutions.
